These are the books that genuinely changed my life. They’ve shaped how I think, how I lead, and how I live every single day. If you take the time to read even a few of them, I know they’ll have a massive impact on you too.
Take a moment for yourself and dive in. Let’s grow together.
Atomic Habits by James Clear
Atomic Habits is such a brilliant starting point for anyone just getting into personal growth. What I love is how it breaks down the fundamentals of building good habits in such a practical, easy-to-digest way.
The concept of habit stacking alone is a game changer. If you want to make lasting change and actually stick to it, this book is the place to start as it gives you the tools and mindset to do just that.
Reality Transurfing
Transurfing is a book that came into my life recently, and it’s honestly been transformative. It shifts your perspective from chasing goals to consciously choosing them instead. It’s not about forcing yourself into action or struggling to make things happen. It’s about making aligned choices that flow with who you truly are.
One of the big takeaways is the idea of pendulums, external forces that pull you toward conformity or the status quo. This book teaches you how to recognize those forces and step away from them, so you can live authentically. It’s such a freeing and empowering way to approach life.
The Secrets of a Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker
This book is hands down one of my favourite books because it completely changed how I think about money. T. Harv Eker dives deep into the subconscious money blueprints we all have, the beliefs and patterns that shape our financial reality. Often, they hold us back without us even knowing it.
What I love is how practical this book is. Eker introduces 17 wealth files, mindset shifts that help you rewire your beliefs about money and create real financial confidence. It’s not just about getting rich; it’s about transforming your relationship with wealth so you can create more of it in your life. This book is powerful and transformative for anyone serious about financial growth.
Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins
Though it was written in 1990, it’s as relevant today as ever. Tony teaches that lasting change comes from within by transforming your core beliefs, values, and rules for life. He shows how to rewire your mindset, master your emotions, and make conscious choices that bring you closer to the life you want.
It’s a long read, but packed with insights that challenge the way you think and act. For me, it’s been one of the most influential books of my career. Tony’s lessons are so powerful that once you start applying them, you truly begin to awaken that giant within. It’s a must read for anyone ready to take control of their mindset and unlock their potential.
The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer
The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer blew my mind when I first read it. It introduced me to the idea that I am not my thoughts, but that I am the observer behind them. This was my first deep dive into understanding self-awareness and separating from the constant noise of the mind.
The beauty of this book is how simple it is, yet how profoundly it can change your perspective. It sparked my curiosity for meditation and mindfulness, and it was a defining moment in my personal growth. This is a book I believe everyone should read because it can truly shift how you see yourself and the world around you.
Stillness Is the Key
This book hit me at the perfect time. I’d spent most of my life moving at 100 miles an hour, constantly on, chasing the next thing. This book taught me that there is incredible power in slowing down and embracing stillness.
Ryan Holiday shows that slowing down isn’t weakness, it’s strength. It’s about centering yourself, listening to your own mind, and finding clarity in the chaos. If you’re exhausted, burnt out, or always pushing too hard, this book gives practical tools to reflect, reset, and move through life with calm, purpose, and composure.
The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday
The Daily Stoic is one of those books I go back to again and again. Structured as a page per day, it’s so easy to build into your daily routine, and each page offers wisdom from some of the greatest minds in history, Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Epictetus.
These lessons aren’t just old philosophy; they’re incredibly relevant today. Even just one page can completely shift your perspective for the day. If you’re looking for a simple way to stay inspired and motivated every day, this is it.
Think Like a Monk by Jay Shetty
Think Like a Monk was a book I read in Tulum a few years ago, and it arrived at exactly the right moment for me. It was my first real introduction to monk wisdom, and Jay Shetty explains it in such a relatable, practical way.
He gives tools to slow down, reflect, and really think about your purpose and to live intentionally rather than on autopilot.
So many of us get stuck just going through the motions, and this book is all about pausing, tuning in, and aligning your life with what truly matters. The title makes perfect sense, and it ties beautifully into his podcast, On Purpose, which is all about helping people discover and live their purpose.
Manifest by Roxie Nafousi
Manifest by Roxie Nafousi is a book gifted to me by a friend, and it came at just the right time. It’s a modern, grounded approach to manifestation, practical, relatable, and inspiring.
What I love is Roxie’s honesty and openness. She shares her journey from feeling lost to discovering the power of manifestation, showing that anyone can change their mindset and attract more of what they truly want. She breaks it down into actionable steps that are easy to apply in everyday life.
Manifestation can sometimes feel a bit woo woo, but Roxie makes it believable, empowering, and real. If you want to start aligning your mindset with your goals and creating positive change, this is the book to read.
The Surrender Experiment
The Surrender Experiment by Michael A. Singer didn’t fully land the first time I read it. Some lessons only make sense when you’re ready to receive them. But once you are, it’s life changing.
The book is perfect for anyone exploring meditation or learning to connect with themselves. Singer teaches that life doesn’t always need to be chased or forced. By surrendering to what comes your way, you can allow life to flow naturally, often leading to unexpected happiness and fulfillment. Surrendering doesn’t mean giving up. It’s about moving forward with less resistance in a way that’s more aligned, joyful, and effective.
And that’s the end of my list! I really hope these books give you something to reflect on and fuel your next step forward. Growth isn’t a straight line.. it’s about showing up, learning, and applying the lessons one small change at a time.
If any of these books spark something for you, I’d love to know what stood out to you.
Until next time, keep striving, keep growing, and remember: small steps create BIG shifts.
